Summary:
The GPR survey has been carried out at proposed location in Hindustan paper mill at Jagiroad, Assam. The scope of the project includes the mapping of underground utilities including cables, water pipelines, sewerage in order to prevent the damage to the same during the construction phase, up to the depth of 8 m. The survey has been conducted in the month of May 2024.
Considering the client's requirements and the expected depth of the utilities, the area has been surveyed using 400 MHz, 200 MHz and 100 MHz mono-static centre frequency antennas mounted with SIR 4000 GPR systems to cover the depth up to 8 m with a fair resolution.
